I said do you still have donuts and if so do you have the menu? The girl on the speaker said yes but we don’t have the menu out there. I said ok do you have it on your website? She said idk. I said ok we’ll just walk in there. Brought 3 of my kids down. Still no donut menu anywhere there’s barely any donuts in there. She could’ve said they don’t have a menu inside also. But no big deal. We bought donuts sat outside and ate, but donuts are just not as good as i remember. Service was bad too. So sad!

The lady at drive thru which I suppose was the manager has a horrible attitude and should not be first point of contact period! The food was disgusting and the portion of food they give you can find in a kids meal! We order from 5 drinks and 3 out 2 were the wrong drinks.. Customer service is very important but now I see why Dutch Bros line was around the corner and no one in Dunkin line. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts, for almost wasting 50 I expected more !

I said ok I will pay for the 50 take what you have for the bucket. Cashier said I wasn’t allowed to do that cause what if other customers wanted munchkins. So they refused to sell me any munchkins. I hope they had to trash the munchkins at the end of the night. What business sense does that make? I was fine paying more for less product.
