I placed an online order about 45 minutes before closing and arrived at 7:45 PM, only to find the doors locked. I had to insist on being let in, and then was told my mobile order “didn’t come through.” I had to show proof of payment before they partially made my order — as some of the donuts I previously selected were no longer available. No apology. No explanation. No effort to make it right. When I left, they immediately locked the door again — before closing time. If this location is accepting online orders near closing, staff should be properly trained to handle them and provide basic customer service. Very disappointing.

But the last time I went they made my drinks completely wrong and the employees were super rude! So at this point I was fed up so I decided to go to customer service and complain. The manager called and left a voicemail to call her back, I did and then never received a call back. So if you can just avoid this location at all cost! They don’t care!
