When I asked about it, the manager told me it was “because of the foam” and that “this is how they serve it,” and even suggested I should have ordered a latte instead to avoid the foam. They did give me a replacement, but once I was already halfway to work, I tasted it and it was awful, no vanilla flavor at all. I even tasted the one I originally ordered and it was even worse. I can only imagine my kids’ drinks were even worse too. This was my first time giving Dunkin’ a try, and definitely my last. I’ll stick to Starbucks or Dutch Bros, where I actually get what I pay for.

This used to be my favorite location but im done.
