The wait was twice as long as it normally is, and it normally is quite slow. after waiting 10+ minutes in line, they forgot to put the brown sugar syrup in my brown sugar, shaken espresso. I took a large sip and it was as bitter as it could be. I can’t even hardly drink it. i’m very very disappointed. First, I’m lactose intolerant, and this drink in particular is supposed to be made with oat milk and it has regular milk in it.
