  I placed an order on 12/29 for 200 donut holes to be picked up on 12/31. I needed them for a NYE party. When I went to pick up, I learned that my order was misdated so that the pick up date was set to be 1/1–NYD! I panicked!! But Wonderful Ashley took charge of my order personally to ensure I had what I needed for the party that night! She was amazing!!! She communicated clearly with me via her personal cell phone. She kept me assured that I would have exactly what I needed in plenty of time, even though she was making them for me at a special time of day that was unusual. She went above and beyond to satisfy me and it should be recognized! Great great employee!! Thank you Ashley!!

  The $6 meal deal is a nice meal. But be sure to check your order for missing items before leaving. Happened twice in a row now. They can be very slow at times as well.

  Asked for a milkshake, worker had no idea what that was, but went with it anyway. After an extended wait I was given a milkshake made with crushed ice like a smoothie. No whipped cream, no cherry, just ice cream and crushed ice. How this level of incompetence exists should be studied. I paid nearly 8$ before being asked to tip. I'll be seeking a refund, this is pathetic.

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. I went thru the drive thru 20 mins before closing because it was the only place open that served coffee. The lady already was huffing and puffing when I pulled up. Than when I asked for munchkins she decided to get passive and yell “well we’re all out of that because WE CLOSE IN 10 MINS” she knew it was wrong cause she had some dude take my pay and give me my coffee. If you hate your job so much than just quit and find something you enjoy doing. You’re obviously not getting paid enough as it is, so just go do what you want. But yelling at people who are paying for a service because you close in 20 mins is not it. I would’ve been fine with just the coffee if it didn’t come with a side full of hate that I didn’t ask for. This is why I’d rather pay an arm and a leg to go to Starbucks, because they actually enjoy their jobs and make my experience pleasant and don’t yell at me because I pull up 20 mins before close.
