    I placed a order online, with estimated delivery time in 15- 25 minutes, but the time kept changing. I called the store for answers. The employee answered the phone with yea, I had to ask was this Domino's. That was met with a un-huh. No professionalism what so ever. I then asked asked about my order, I was told "yeah we're behind on orders" I then asked to speak with a manager (because of the shitty customer service). I just wanted to know was the pizza still on it's way. While I was waiting to speak with a manager, the pizza arrived. Expecting to tell this to the manager this and never mind (I was on a hold), the employee stated it would be a minute to talk to the manager. I at this point I did turn into a Karen and just asked for the corporate number. Employee laughed saying they didn't know the number. I told them to have a good night. My problem is with the poor customer service. I understand delays happen, and with communication many issues can be resolved. But the way the phone was answered and the "I don't care attitude" was just too much. I work hard day in a day out, and it's a treat to get my kids some pizza. it's a just rude and disappointing, and it took an hour for the pizza to arrive.

    This store has gone downhill. Wasn't greeted at the counter. The 2 girls boxing/cutting the pizzas were to worried about one of the guys last day to acknowledge me. Mind you they had cups on the counter and were drinking next to the food. You couldn't tell who the manager was or if there was even one there.

    Ordered at 12:25pm right so in the day I go in to pick up they say it’s gonna be about 10 mins ok mind u I hear this girl complain that all they have is delivery orders on screen I don’t think to much till fast forward know it’s 1:25 and I STILL DONT HAVE MY FOOD I’m LITERALLY writing this review during getting my order this place just sucks if u want trash pizza,horrible wait times,and a shitty chair then come on down here

    I can’t say enough good things about the manager and her staff! I was having a horrible day today, and I stopped in to get dinner. The vibe, and energy in this store is so positive. Happy employees, and hard working. Britney, and Yarika, were fast, friendly, and funny! The other two employees were great as well ! If I didn’t have to bring dinner home to my family I would have ate inside. What a wonderful, and extremely clean establishment!
