I give very clear instructions on how to get in the gate but they always call me to open the gate instead which I literally can't do without them following the instructions. They also never leave it at my door despite me clicking the "leave at door" option or even including it in my delivery notes. Really wish I had better things to say but this is what's happening every time with plenty of different drivers.
