Second, while waiting I noticed that not A SINGLE EMPLOYEE was wearing gloves, literally from prepping the pizza, to it being packed into boxes. NO. GLOVES.

Immediately assumed my order hadn’t gone through just by hearing my name. She didn’t even bother to let ME (the customer) explain that I had to replace the order due to the fact my app had timed out. Just kept on repeating that it hadn’t gone through a couple of times in front of everyone. The irony though was that she was packing my order in front of her 😂. I don’t know her name but she was very rude and doesn’t have customer service skills. I left two stars for the kind gentleman that gave me my order and was nice about the situation.
