Quiet Saturday, not alot going on, had to wait an extra 35 minutes AFTER the app told me the order was ready. Pizza was fine, but if I could do it over, I'd have grabbed a burger from McDonald's and just called it a night.

When walking in to a food establishment, the last thing you want to see, is the person handing you the food with a vape in hand. Best believe I threw the food away. Unsanitary to say the least.
The lady making the food was very rude also.

I placed an online order for delivery and unfortunately received the wrong pizza. I called the store right away, and they told me they would replace it and send a new one out. After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I called again. The employee seemed confused, and the call ended abruptly. I called back and asked to speak with the manager to confirm whether my replacement was actually on the way. He told me it was. Another 30 minutes passed, and still nothing.
Since the store is only about five minutes from my home, I decided to drive there myself. When I arrived, the employee apologized and said they would make another replacement pizza. After waiting again, they handed me the new pizza and apologized once more.
This whole situation was incredibly frustrating. This wasn’t just a random dinner — it was supposed to be a small celebration for my 9‑year‑old son’s good grades, and I had just gotten home from a work trip. Instead of a simple, enjoyable evening, it turned into over an hour of confusion, delays, and multiple phone calls. I really hope the store improves communication and follow‑through, because this experience was extremely disappointing.
