- DSDayna SwinfordFeb 19, 20261.0The AM manager, you would think would be more customer service oriented, was not only very difficult to work with over an order I paid $43 for that never got delivered, but insulted me, saying it made no sense that I didn’t come up there and settle it in person, when I’m a busy mom who thought ordering online would be convenient. When I asked for the general manager’s information, he became avoidant. He was actually trying NOT to help me as hard as he could. He was talking to me like a thug would talk trash on the street or something…I thought I’d give Dominos a try on Valentine’s Day, after not ordering Dominos for a long time, but never will I spend my money with this company ever. I’m a high earning professional and single mother, who wasted nearly an hour trying to get some help with my order, and I feel like I should get paid for the time that was wasted!!!!

I called and no one answered for about 10min finally someone answered ,and put me on hold for an additional 15min. Only to Come back and tell me they were canceling all the order and was closing in 8 mins. I told him I would just come pick it up and he told me I wasn’t made yet. Then I told him that online it said it was in QC awaiting pick up. Interesting how it went from ready to be picked up to not even made. SMH. This is unacceptable.
