  Missing a pizza out of an order of 3. Calling immediately I was on hold for close to an hour when someone picked up. I explained to them that the third pizza had finally been delivered 20 minutes after the initial delivery. I asked for a refund for the pizza because it was a specialty pizza for a vegetarian in our office that had to go out and buy a special lunch. They told me that there was nothing that they could do because the delivery was completed and delivered in whole. I explained to them that the delivery was not completed whole because it was a 20 minute delivery difference between the first two pieces and the third pizza. I have to speak to a manager. He put me on hold for a brief moment and said that the manager was busy and I could call her back at 2 PM. I spoke with Mike and the manager. Dena never got on the phone. Crazy thing is we also tipped the driver.

  I never leave reviews but I am fed up with this dominos. Do not order here. I ordered pizza not too long ago and they messed the order up. I made a complaint and I got a $10 coupon. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again tonight. Scheduled it ahead of time to be delivered at 7:30. 8 pm rolls around and it still has not been delivered. The tracker says it hasn’t even left the store. We call and they say it’s on the way. 8:20 rolls around and it says the pizza has been delivered yet we still do not have pizza. We call and they claim they couldn’t get in our building so they left. They just left. Finally they decide to come back and now, an hour later we have cold pizza. When they finally got here they claimed they couldn’t find our building. Not only did we get our pizza an hour late and it’s cold, they can’t even keep their story straight. Do NOT order here. Pay the extra money and go to buffalo bros or literally anywhere else.

  DO NOT DO DELIVERY. We ordered a pizza delivery, one pizza and one cinnamon bites, and it took two hours for it to get to our apartment. When we got the pizza, it was stone cold and so we called to request a refund, right? The worker on the phone said, “stone cold like Stone Cold Steve Austin?”, and then proceeded to tell us to throw the pizza away because it can grow mushrooms if it’s cold. I wish I was making this up. Professionalism is trash, at least he had the decency to refund us. We’ll be ordering from another store.

  I ordered wings through door dash with this place and they prepared my order late but made it seem as if the driver had just picked it up which was not true! I ended up waiting for over an hour for my order for them to deliver wings from their location which was only 1.5miles away all for them to not give me what I ordered and their driver to make excuses. When I called to speak with someone, they did not answer! I'm going to report them to their corporate office! Worst service ever!
