I got there five minutes earlier looked at the screen, said order was ready. So I approached the counter. I kindly ask for my order and they responded, It’s not ready five more minutes. I patiently waited 6:45 PM. Still nothing I approach the counter again and asked for my food. Their answer was we have a lot of pizzas that are waiting to get put in the oven. I understand that, but my pizza was supposed to be done a long time ago. Until they finally saw me getting angry is when they finally did something about it. I heard in the background oh I don’t know his pizza went I remember seeing it. That’s when I realize they probably handed it out to somebody else and had me waiting there for no reason. I understand pizzas have to be made fast but slow down and take your time and do things right. Can’t see myself coming here again.

They still have not delivered. I got an email canceling the original order, so I called back checking on the pizzas they were remaking. The young man placed me on hold then hung up the phone. They are horrible! Do not spend your money here! Horrible customer service and dry pizza. Who would make a pizza and forget tomato sauce?! Just sorry!
