  This location should seriously be reviewed by management. I placed an order around 11:00 PM and watched the order tracker for over an hour on Quailty Check. By midnight, I drove to the store to check on my order. When I arrived, the night staff member (Short, heavy set, cockeyed white male) who came to the door was extremely rude and unprofessional. He slammed the door in my face, processed a refund without explaining anything, and returned with the receipt. When I tried to ask a question about my order, he yelled “I don’t know” and slammed the door in my face again. I will be escalating this matter further. After reading multiple other reviews, it’s clear this is a very common issue at this location, which is unacceptable and should not be happening. Customers should not be treated this way under any circumstances. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning.

  No matter who promotes your product (RHETTA whom i adore) I will never desire this company food. They minced the meats, produce so finely it was ridiculous. No taste, no resemblance of what a pizza should taste like. Make ur money dominoes but you won't get mine ever again

  Very frustrated with this Domino’s location. Ordered an online order for a carryout. Pizza was supposed to be ready by 6:15 P.m. I got there five minutes earlier looked at the screen, said order was ready. So I approached the counter. I kindly ask for my order and they responded, It’s not ready five more minutes. I patiently waited 6:45 PM. Still nothing I approach the counter again and asked for my food. Their answer was we have a lot of pizzas that are waiting to get put in the oven. I understand that, but my pizza was supposed to be done a long time ago. Until they finally saw me getting angry is when they finally did something about it. I heard in the background oh I don’t know his pizza went I remember seeing it. That’s when I realize they probably handed it out to somebody else and had me waiting there for no reason. I understand pizzas have to be made fast but slow down and take your time and do things right. Can’t see myself coming here again.

  Received 2 medium pizzas that had no tomato sauce. My son immediately called and complained, and was told that they would remake and deliver. They still have not delivered. I got an email canceling the original order, so I called back checking on the pizzas they were remaking. The young man placed me on hold then hung up the phone. They are horrible! Do not spend your money here! Horrible customer service and dry pizza. Who would make a pizza and forget tomato sauce?! Just sorry!
