We are usually really happy with Del Frisco’s but our dinner on Friday night was not up to the standard that we’re used to. My wife’s steak with chimichurri was a real disappointment. I make my own chimichurri at home and we have had it in other restaurants and what was served on her steak was not chimichurri. Frozen style French fries served on a steak with frittes plate was embarrassing. Very low level food for the price we paid. This restaurant no longer values good chef driven food as an important factor in what they do.

Wife loves the crab cakes more than any other place in town.
Good value among the higher end steakhouses in Ft Worth. Also one of the few places that will sell you a high-end NY strip (my favorite cut) better than I can cook at home.

We had our company holiday dinner for 30 ppl. We had our reservation for several months. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready Got in the room about 7:10 or 15. After a long long evening they finally served our entrees at 10:15 pm. Most people in our group had left or were leaving. No one ate dessert at all because they were gone The food was incorrectly prepared and cold. Most of it was never touched. Lots of issues. The private dining manager sent an email the following Monday morning and I did relay these details to her. She replied that she had shared info with GM and Regional Mgr that I would Herat from someone. I never did. So disappointed. Do not waste your money at Del Frisco Grille.

It pains me to leave this review because Del Frisco’s Grille has always been our reliable spot before Bass Hall shows, but the service standards have dropped significantly. We sat down at 5:30 PM and immediately flagged our hard stop for a 7:00 PM curtain. Our waitress explicitly assured us that getting our orders in by 5:45 PM fits perfectly within their standard timing for theatergoers, despite the particularly busy holiday season.
We followed that guidance and ordered three steak salads by 5:45 PM. We received our wine at a staggered pace, making for an odd start to the meal. Despite the assurances from our waitress, we sat for an hour with no food. We ultimately had to close out for our wine and leave at 6:45 PM hungry. The food arrived right as we were walking out—completely useless to us at that point. Blaming the delay on the restaurant being "busy" when the dining room wasn't even full is a weak excuse for a clear kitchen breakdown. Management needs to fix this disconnect between front-of-house promises and back-of-house execution before we return. If the staff had offered additional drinks or alternative plates, we would've likely ordered more wine and perhaps easy shared plates to hold us over. Instead we were left unattended for most of the hour and without empathy or common hospitality as we had to make our decision to leave.

Food was not as good as it shld have been for $30 per person. 40min to get appetizer and 1 hour to get the meals. Flatbread was way overcooked and meals were both fried so not sure why it took so long. Im surprised they served some of it frankly. Waiter came 3 times in 1.5 hrs. Not impressed at all. Hate that we spent almost $100 for 2 people, no alcohol and subpar food and service. 3pm on a Saturday. Never again
