I ordered through the app, so I didn't get to watch them bag my food. We did the report feature through the app and it "graciously" gave us two free chips that expires in a month. The least that they should have done was refunded the price of the chips, but now we have to pay more money to get what we originally paid for. This is basically just a scam.
