  The employees here don’t understand customer service & it’s a horrible experience every time. And the location manager influences the rude behavior. Do better.

  I don’t appreciate the attitude all these women had..what happen to “respect” you never know what anyone is going though…I came in with a positive attitude and left being irritated,I’m not only pregnant but even if I wasn’t I’d still feel very disrespected,I love their food but they made me feel like I was an issue by being there,thanks for no thanks,I know how chipotle workers are suppose to act but these people just wanted their customers gone.

  First time at this location & OMG I was so amazed! The front staff were so quick, kind and communicative with each other so i was in & out with my food in what felt like under a minute! Great portions too. Whoever is running this place & staff is doing excellent!

  This is my 2nd time coming here and having a horrible experience. Heidy or Haley I'm not sure but the short girl in the front who gets your started off with your food is VERY rude. Attitude from the get go not a smile on her face. I had to come in for a refund due to an extra charge. She argued with me on there not being an extra charge when there clearly was an extra charge. Then, after she realized, she told me a refund isn’t possible since I’ve already been charged. She then snatched my receipt and stomped to the manager who told her to give me a refund, she comes back and gives me a refund while talking about me in front of me with her coworkers. I recommend this place get new employees, those who truly want to work there. Before then, I recommend the chipotle on Rosedale the employees there are way better.
