I Was Ordering A Steak Bowl & The Hispanic Girl Was Making My Bowl.. I Asked For Extra Queso PLEASE & Even Said I’d Pay For It.. So The Hispanic Girl Then Proceeded With A Nasty Attitude & Put Literally A Rain Drop Worth Of Queso On My Bowl (No Exaggeration).. So I Said “That’s What You Consider Extra Queso!? I Also Stated I’d Pay For It So Please Don't Treat Me Like That” The Hispanic Girl Then Took Her Gloves Off & Ran To The Back Of The Store.. So The African American Girl Had To Help Finish My Order. Then Shortly After A Hispanic Manager Came Up Front, Mugging & Rolling Her Eyes & Didn’t Even Ask What Had Happened Nor Did She Address Her Employee Who Was Completely In The Wrong (Even The Chef Had To Apologize After The First Hispanic Girl Walked Off In Middle Of My Order…) So It Seems It May Happen Often.. The Manager Also Proceeded To Talk To The Next Customer In Line With An Attitude Mistaking Her For Me Which I Was The Customer With The Problem.. Not The Next Customer.. The Next Customer Went Off & Left Due To The Manager.. All She Was Wanting Was To Order Food.. There Was Also Rotten/Brown Guac Put On My Bowl… I’m Not Sure Why The Location & Some Employees Are So Unprofessional & Act Like The Inventory Comes From Their Paycheck… But I Wont Return & Spend My Money With Them Ever Again. More Than Likely Wont Even Pick Up A DoorDash Order From There Either. Absolutely Uncomfortable & Upsetting. I Will Be In Touch With Corporate As Well.
