- KKKatOct 23, 20251.0While at checkout I order regular size chips and a med drink to go with my meal. The cashier didn't not inform me he was charging me for a large drink and chips. I asked for a refund and he proceeded to say I wouldn't be getting back an exact refund for the difference and that he didn't want to do a complete refund. He proceeded to say that it would take awhile trying to discourage me from receiving the refund. This cashier is attempting to inflate the sales by overcharging customers and not giving receipts that way you don't question your total. Won't be back.

There was a line so I stood back expecting to wait, but one of the team members was with me right away. Atmosphere was a 3 because when I walked in, I had to wait for a child to finish spitting in the trashcan before I could get to the counter. Perhaps he had the carne asada, too, but it was still a really gross sight. Glad I had mine to go.

Check their reviews and go there instead if you want fresh food in a clean atmosphere with friendly service. I'm done giving my business to this understaffed and filthy Chipotle. They keep giving me the wrong order and they're rude when I very nicely ask for it to be fixed. Edit: No, thank you, "owner". The last time I spoke with you, you sent me on a wild goose chase and I never got a refund for a completely botched order.
