  ordered delivery through the chipotle app and the entire order was wrong. the bag had the right sticker (2 bowls, 1 burrito) but we were given the wrong food (1 taco, 1 burrito) so we go in person to get the right food, the guy at the counter goes “oh yeah, that order” and starts remaking it on the side by all the delivery stuff. He gives us the bag, we go home, and one of our bowls was swapped with someone else’s bowl. i once again have been given the wrong food. lightning does in fact strike twice.

  Waited 10 mins before I was helped, I went in at 9pm and nobody was in the store. Seemed like the guy making the food was leaving he asked someone else to take care of me and the other kid straight up said no, several employees made eye contact with me and no one helped I’m assuming because it “wasn’t their job” , labeled the bowls wrong and finance had an allergic reaction to something that was in mine, and I found a legit leaf in my bowl?? I’m not sure if it was meant to be in there but I got a chicken bowl. Just an overall awful experience

  Tried calling the store concerning a mistake on an Uber eats order, and unfortunately you cannot even speak to a person, ever. The ai is not helpful whatsoever. Does chipotle make food for robots? No? Why do they have ai on the phone “helping” people with food, with no option to even speak to a manager? Absolutely infuriating, and it makes me not want to ever come back here or spend money here in any way, shape or form.

  Didn't get what I ordered and now I cant even go back to return this. Waster money for no reason it the guys fault who was making the pickup order. First he forgot to put chips in there and had to go back now I came home and opened the box it have chicken in it while I ordered a veggie bowl. I guess who cares right

  Have tried this location because of its convenience to me 4 times now and will not be returning. The employees clearly have no desire to be there, they are rude and come off as annoyed. The portions are noticeably smaller compared to another close location and the quality of food is sub par compared to other locations as well in that it’s cold and chewy. Management was unhelpful when I wanted my order corrected. I do not recommend eating here, save yourself some time and headache and just go to the location on Blue Mound Rd. At least they smile once in a while.
