- CWCole WestFeb 18, 20261.0I have gotten burritos multiple times from this location and a lot of times the burrito is wrapped terribly, a falls apart within the first bite. This time I didn’t notice until I opened my burrito to eat in my car but he wrapped the burrito and left the outside smothered in avocado and meat and wrapped it so badly that I had to open it and use a fork to eat it. Please teach your employees there how to throw away foil and get a new piece instead of leaving it and smothering my burrito in the food, and teach how to properly wrap it

The restaurant was completely empty, but only two other guest in line then when I got to the register a lady that wasn’t even working the line came up and I saw that she charged me for guacamole and sour cream and I specifically told her I did not get it on that bowl and she said oh OK. I told her I got it on the three other things and she still charged me and I didn’t notice until I got home. Do not go here. Stay away horrible food.

(She’s usually working as the cashier.) Whenever I see her working I just leave tbh it’s not worth the trouble. Thank god there’s another chipotle nearby.
