When I walked in, everything seemed normal, but as I was getting my bowl made, two employees started whispering to each other and making rude comments about the amount of cheese on my bowl. Not only was it completely unprofessional, but they did it while I was standing right in front of them, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and honestly disrespectful. I’m paying for my food like everyone else, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic courtesy. If the staff has an issue with a customer’s order, the appropriate thing to do is communicate openly and respectfully — not whisper, gossip, or make side comments. It reflects poorly on the employees and the management team that allows this kind of behavior in front of customers. I hope this location takes the time to actually address this, because no customer should feel judged or talked about for asking for their food the way they want it. I won’t be returning until I’m confident the staff is trained to treat people with respect.
