First time my sandwich was soaked in ranch, second time it's the wrong sandwich I want the Chicken California, not the Chicken Buffalo. Now it happened again today. I just ate the bread at that point cause I don't like buffalo.

After a few minutes from the ETA, it stated my order was ready but it wasn’t. Wasn’t even cooked yet. Didn’t get my order until 6:32p. The three employees seemed to not being getting along and complaining about how certain things got done. The older employee there started to cry/break down when I statues checked my order due to the other two not getting things done and doing things wrong. This location needs some serious review. Bad look for the brand.

I really understand that it's not the best steak eating spot ,that I have experience, but for the amount of money and offers are reasonable the regular steak sandwich was terrible, dry and more bread then meat which was on one side of the bread sandwich not a regular steak sandwich. The times we live in I really try to support all my community business but enough is enough with this place. At least put a full amount of meat of the sandwich. With a little French fries. I'm done and my family.
