- GMGrant McClendonOct 23, 20251.0Very disappointed with this location. Did a mobile order and the app indicated my order would be completed by 6:17p. After a few minutes from the ETA, it stated my order was ready but it wasn’t. Wasn’t even cooked yet. Didn’t get my order until 6:32p. The three employees seemed to not being getting along and complaining about how certain things got done. The older employee there started to cry/break down when I statues checked my order due to the other two not getting things done and doing things wrong. This location needs some serious review. Bad look for the brand.

I really understand that it's not the best steak eating spot ,that I have experience, but for the amount of money and offers are reasonable the regular steak sandwich was terrible, dry and more bread then meat which was on one side of the bread sandwich not a regular steak sandwich. The times we live in I really try to support all my community business but enough is enough with this place. At least put a full amount of meat of the sandwich. With a little French fries. I'm done and my family.

Every bite of my cheesesteak was packed with flavor, and you could tell real care went into preparing it. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the amazing service. Erick went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and Erick is definitely one of those employees. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the great food, but also because of the excellent service Erick provided. Highly recommend!
