  Finally got to try this place for the first time. I got the bowl. Loved the selection of everything overall, huge variety of options. Really appreciated the different types of greens, went with the power greens. Their white rice was great, well cooked. Enjoyed the multiple sauces to choose from, went the the zatziki, hummus, feta; all were yummy. Plenty of choices on the mains. I got confused when I went with the roasted veggies & falphal, I got charged extra but that was my bad. Would be nice if more main options didn't come with an extra charge. The toppings were again plentiful, I got everything except olives. Topped it off with the garlic dressing. My wife also ordered white sweet potatoes, never had those before; they basically tasted like sweet potatoes, but very good, tender. The amount of flavor when I dug into that bowl, Wow! It was bursting with so much flavor, blew me away. Will definitely be back, absolutely loved it. Service was super fast, everyone was very sweet.

  The food is great, and the place is always clean. No complaints there. The only minor issue is the water machine ,it’s not the best but overall, the quality of the food is solid. The service, however, is a different story. The staff often seem like they don’t want to be there or simply dislike their jobs. We visit about twice a week, so this isn’t based on a one-time experience. It frequently feels understaffed, and some employees seem unwilling to step outside of their specific roles to help when it’s busy. Customers end up waiting while staff stand around instead of working together to keep things moving. I’ve been in the service industry for over 30 years, and it’s surprising to see this kind of lack of teamwork and engagement. A stronger focus on operations and customer service would make a big difference. A simple greeting, a sense of urgency, and a team-oriented attitude would greatly improve the overall experience. The food keeps us coming back, but the service definitely needs improvement.

  My friend recommended me to try Cava. This was my first time trying Cava, and I am astounded! Their food was served fresh in an adequate time. The food was delicious and I can't believe I've never tried it. Additionally, the staff at this location was nice and welcoming and provided excellent service.

  I frequent this CAVA and love coming here, but tonights order was absolute chaos. I am not really sure what happened, but absolutely nothing in my order was correct except for the fact that it has chicken and included pita bread... Not a single veggie, no lentils, nada. I got some bonus harissa sauce though? I later realized they mixed up the ingredients between all the bowls in our door-dash order, so nobody got the bowl they asked for... Y'all, what happened lol?

  I had such an amazing experience at CAVA, and it honestly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and energetic but what really stood out was the customer service. Oum helped me during my visit, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and genuinely kind. I had questions about several of the meats and dressings, and she didn’t rush me at all. Instead, she took the time to thoroughly explain each option, describing the flavors, spice levels, and even giving thoughtful recommendations based on what I said I liked. You can tell she truly knows the menu and cares about making sure customers have the best experience possible. What really impressed me was how she went above and beyond checking in, making sure everything looked right, and creating such a positive, comfortable experience. Her attitude alone made the visit enjoyable, but paired with how fresh and delicious the food was, it made this one of my best CAVA experiences yet. The food was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared, but Oum’s outstanding service is what will keep me coming back. She is a true asset to the team and represents the brand so well. If you stop by this CAVA, I truly hope you get the chance to be helped by her she made my day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!
