…Just do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. I made an earlier review months ago and the cleanliness was improved: floor not sticky anymore. But half the time they’re still out of food, dressing, ingredients, hours before closing, don’t restock, or they mess up your order. The staff will also barely put any food in your bowls (less than 1/2 full), which is unacceptable and the customer service is terrible. The food’s tasty, but the quality has dropped. A business should lock or remove menu items, or cancel an order vs taking our payment if they’re out of products.
I came in to ask about the several missing items from my order and other guests’ bowls were also completely filled to the brim vs my own. Apparently they also complained to get proper proportions.
I wanted to give this location a chance, but unless they improve the management & staff's training, I can’t support this place.

15 minutes in the drive-thru with an order that was "ready" at 830pm while staff glances over like Im invisible. Had to question if maybe I had died and didnt realize it. Didn't drive away until 829. If yall dont want to hand out a bag of food then shut the lights off and close up.

The drive-thru pickup? Slow as molasses. Show up 10 minutes late or you’ll just be waiting for them to catch up. Same deal inside—give it a 10-15 minute buffer past your pickup time, or it’s not ready. Now, don’t get me wrong: the food is spot-on, portions are legit, and the folks are super nice. But if you want fast food fast, just walk in, order on the spot, and cross your fingers what you want is prepared, cuz you might just have to wait for it to finish cooking

Never eating at this location again. Placed an online order for pickup. Walked in to a near empty restaurant with 2 employees working up front. While waiting for my pickup time, I attempted to use the restroom numerous times with both doors being occupied for over 10 minutes. Turns out both restrooms were being occupied by staff. After my original pickup time past, I received a message saying “we’re experiencing delays” my new pickup time was moved back 10 minutes. I had to stand and verbally get the attention of staff to finally get my order after waiting a total of 30 minutes. All this to find my order was missing the pita and both drinks. Additionally, the quality of the food that was included looked and tasted like it had been sitting out, and the portion size was dismal compared to past experiences at the same location. The staff was less than enthusiastic to help. Save your money and take it somewhere else.
