Ordered in the app. Food was ready much earlier than predicted which is awesome, and it was still hot when I arrived. Bowl is a bit under filled compared to other locations but thats the only negative thing to say. Also I love that there’s a drive thru lane for online orders!

This location has lost it!!! Ordered online , went to drive thru, waited in drive thru 10 minutes. I parked and went inside , and waited another 25 minutes! The food was absolute TRASH! I wouldn’t feed that slop to a starving raccoon! The employees were standing around like they were at a pep rally, there is no structure , no professionalism & and no urgency to get customers their orders in a timely fashion! I will NOT be returning !

We sat in the drive thru for our order for about 15 minutes. 3 different employees came and asked us for the name on our order. Guy was nice and acknowledged our waiting so long and offered a free drink. That much I do appreciate. Got the order and drove off to find out the other half of our order wasn't there. Had to turn around and go back. They got the rest of our order. My son ate his on the way home. Said they barely gave him any lamb and way too much feta. I got home and the brown rice wasn't even cooked all the way. Imagine eating a bowl and you're just biting into hard rice grains...yeah that wasn't going to work. This location really dropped the ball. I will say that when I went inside to get the rest of our order it was pretty busy and about 8 people waiting in line so I can understand it being hectic but the quality of the food should not suffer bc of it. It was a waste of money .

Crazy I had to sit at the digital pickup window for 15 minutes after Receiving text that order was ready. Staff casually Looked at me and ignored me I had to enter the building to receive order and they seemed like they were all annoyed. Also they apparently dump all of their fresh juice 30 minutes before close. Food is leaking through the bag like they threw it around or something .Terrible Experience I will never come back to this location again. Unbelievably Disappointed. 😐
