I guess the lady and guy working in the back both does not want any customers to their doorstep. I understand that you might have a rough day, and we customers might also have difficult days. We drive long distances to enjoy a meal at Buffalo Wild Wings because we genuinely like the brand. A little courtesy and basic professionalism would go a long way. For those of us living in or near Border and Haslet, this is the most convenient location. Unfortunately, based on this experience, it does not feel worth returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.
