We were not able to order our food. We usually go to the one in highland village and the service there is great, we will not come back to this one.

After 30 minutes with no drinks and no service at all, we ended up leaving and walked to In-N-Out instead for dinner.

I would say it was borderline racist as I was wearing my head covering however I am 100% sure I do not look like a "buddy"

Never getting napkins when requested and the server attempting me to charge me for a kids' milk I never recieved was just negligence. Manager Terrence did make things right and saved the experience. I will not be coming back again, however.

There was no table available to sit and eat at, only two seats in the bar area. Where we proceeded to sit before heading to the restroom. Where the seats were all sticky and no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. This Buffalo wild wings location was disgusting. And during this entire thing not one person seen on the floor. No manager, no server, no bartender. Don’t come to this location, it is DISGUSTING!
