  The food took an 1 hour and 15 minutes to make for only 3 order of wings and 1 set of French fries, I sat for 38 minutes with a empty cups before being asking do I want a refill, and giving the wrong drink which I just drank so I didn’t have to wait for another a 38minutes. The wings arrived hard and cold. The waitress disappeared for about 30 minutes. Just go to “IN AND OUT” next door. Save 80 dollars , also be home an 1 early.

  This was horrible for a Friday night. Some food was cold, so much so the cheese didn't even melt. Others was way overdone. And other food just forgotten and didn't start making it till we said something about it. Best thing was the sauce to go with the les than mid Wings. Definitely not a spot to revisit. Erik direct quote "My Fingers Didn't Even Get Greasy."

  After a disappointing day, Nathan was a great bartender, he told me about the app, (that I downloaded) he allowed me to take my time with the menu, I wasn't rushed or overlooked. It was a refreshing experience and I appreciate Nathan for today more than he would ever know. Thank You Nathan.

  This location is TRASH! From the waiter all the way up to management. I posted about my experience in my neighborhood group and it was astonishing to see that most had a similar experience and not going back. I’ll NEVER step foot in this location AGAIN. I’ve already reached out to corporate with my entire story but I will tell anyone to just go elsewhere!

  Hands down the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. Not just Buffalo Wild Wings, any restaurant, anywhere, domestically or internationally. The staff was rude, disengaged, and painfully lazy. We had a group of six and were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Our server walked away twice without taking my drink AND food order, only doing so after being prompted a third time, after all others at the table were taken care of. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. I was brought my check back twice without my card ever being charged. After waiting and waiting, I was motioned over to by the server, had to get up from the table and walk to the hostess stand to process my own payment —something no customer should ever have to do. Even then, the bill was still incorrect. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a major chain. This place is an embarrassment. Complete operational failure from start to finish. If management exists here, it certainly isn’t doing its job. I will never return to this location, and this experience has permanently put me off Buffalo Wild Wings as a brand. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.
