  Brooke is a bad server we left her a $15 tip on a $60 bill she confronted us about it we ordered three bacon fries. They came out and they only had trees off them. She had a terrible attitude. Brooke needs to be fired immediately worst server I have ever seen I wouldn’t hire her if I was a taco Bell manager terrible experience won’t come back ever pigs a lot Brooke ruined my BW3 experience

  The only server was Dasani and she was doing an AMAZING job, the hostess could've helped her out but didn't for some reason. I spoke to the manager, who was also the cook, after we finished eating our dinner. He told me that, other then Dasani, the hostess, and him there was only one other employee. I understand the lack of the necessary employees but this is a failure of higher management / corporate and is an exploitation of both the shift manager and Dasani's hard work. They should both get a raise and extra compensation for their effort

  I went to this location Friday 12/12/25 and as a family we all thoroughly enjoy eating at BWW. My Server was amazing, the kindest most sweetest girl ever but my issue is with management and the establishment as a whole. My 1 year old daughter was sitting on her seat eating and she got up to reach her drink then all of a sudden there was a bang and I look over and she fell through the seat of the booth! Upon further inspection, none of the seats were bolted down and every ry single seat was like that. I called my server over to see if we could speak to a manager and she brought the manager over. I didn't expect for anything to be comped, while we didn't necessarily enjoy the food or were able to eat anything I just don't operate that way but I did let the manager know that something needed to be done because what's to say another child won't go through the same thing. She did apologize and said she was pulled from a different store so she'd let the manager know. My server was super apologetic and I let her know that her service was great and I didn't have anything bad to say about her, and we were talking and apparently when she was speaking to the manager (who I found out WAS the location manager) said that this SAME thing happened the week before AT THE SAME BOOTH!!! Now my daughter has a big ole goose egg and absolutely nobody took accountability for it and it's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt

  The food was great. The drinks made for us were fantastic! My husband and I sat at the bar and the bartender there was super kind, helpful, and conversational. The restaurant itself could definitely use some updates, but otherwise we had a wonderful time there

  I Doordash and this restaurant is so bad I've been fighting with Doordash support to block it for me so I never have to get an order from here again. They're NEVER on time and are usually 10-15 minutes late. There's usually not even someone at the front desk and they frequently have no idea what you're talking about when you ask about an order. And as the missing cherry on top, this is one of the stores with the highest rate of missing items I've ever had the displeasure of picking up from. Atrocious store.
