    So much better than Chicken E. They are great. And it is so clean and doesn't smell greasy inside. This is a great addition to this area

    My first time trying bojangles and it was horrible. The fries and the biscuit were cold and hard. I asked for fresh fries and the employee gave me attitude. On top of that, the “fresh” fries tasted like stale fries that have been microwaved. I will not return.

    Wasn't feeling the other chicken places today so I ordered at Bojangles.....the food was so fresh, fast and customer service was awesome at the drive thru! I'll be back.

    First off, I ordered what I thought was a quick 3 piece tender with Mac n cheese, got the peach cobbler too. There were 3 cars in the drive through. One in front of me and one behind. Ordered my food, paid and was told to pull up and wait in spot 1, the car behind me went to spot 2. We both waited for over 10 minutes. Finally went in and they forgot to bring out my food! Finally got it and I told the guy in 2 he should go in and get his too. Food wasn’t great either. No flavor Mac n cheese and what they call peach cobbler? A half biscuit with hot peach jam on top! No thank you. Waste of time and money. Nothing southern about this place.

    The staff was untrained, not friendly and took over 30 minutes to serve multiple guest chicken and fries. There were multiple guest waiting to just take their order. This location needs some updated training and staff members. Waiting 30 minutes is just not the expectation for a place with a drive thru with only 10 cars in the drive thru. Expectations should be higher for this place.
