Server didn’t even greet us. She walked up and said, “Are y’all only drinking waters?” She set everything down on our table with a clatter, and acted like we were an inconvenience the ENTIRE time. A bus boy even dropped some things on the floor and none of the servers would help him. They just walked on by. I was about to get up and help. IF I go back, I will definitely make sure I don’t have that server.

We ordered truffle salmon, and it’s kind of dissappointing. The salmon is very thin and nothing special. For $16 dollars I would’ve expected a thicker slice. Good thing it was on happy hour, I guess the salmon slices were also on happy hour portion? 🥲
The service was good and the waiter was very accomodating just not a fan of this Truffle Salmon.

visiting town from Miami and I have to say we lucked out finding this spot! Right down the street from the museum that brought us to the side of town, so perfectly convenient. Phenomenal sushi and mango crab Rangoon. The server had brought us water before we even had to ask ❤️ i love that. We got the tidal wave, lion King, and spicy gringo sushi rolls, probably the best sushi I’ve ever had. I will say the spicy gringo is definitely the hottest thing my partner and I have ever eaten in our entire lives so just be cautious. If you order it, it is spicy as promised 😅 service, ambience, sushi, everything. love love love. if I lived locally, I would come here all of the time, it was even affordable!! special shout out to jessica b and the sushi bars head chef

BSS has unique specialty rolls, fresh fish, and vegan options with prompt fast friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. They also have a happy hour menu which can save you a few bucks. If you like sashimi, you absolutely need to try the black tuna. The black color comes from the squid ink that they use to dye the fish. Not only does it give it a total unique look but it flavors the fish with a delicate refreshing taste. The only minor issue is parking can be challenging downtown.

Tonight was my first visting. My friends said it was good so I was excited. I was enjoying the vibe of the music and time with my girls while we waited for our table. Our service started out well but once we had a disapproval of one of our items, our server seemed to avoid us. It turned our Happy Hour into unhappy hour.... We were waiting an unreasonable amount of time for food in two instances. If it wasn't for Carter, the night manager, listening and understanding our issue with the direct avoidance in conjuction to the wait times, this experience may have been worse then it needed to be.
