It took me over 17 minutes for a drive through order. There was no cars in front of me. They asked me to pull in front to get my order, after waiting 9 min at the window. They guy comes out looks at me - women of color - decides to take my order to the other car first. Then realized oh not your order let me go to the first car. Smh the food was okay the chicken strips were nice sized, fries seemed undercooked, under flavored and Luke warm after waiting a total of 17 minutes. I'm not impressed but I chose this spot because the reviews were good.

I tried this place shortly after it opened because...well, Shaq! DUH! Of course, I didn't expect him to be there, but I did expect the food to live up to his name. Unfortunately, it didn't quite slam dunk, though the prices definitely did. I ordered the Ultimate, which was actually good and filling, but for what you get, it feels overpriced. There are plenty of local chicken spots that serve generous portions at a better value. Here, it felt a bit like paying for the name more than the meal. The staff was fine, though not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the restaurant itself was clean, which I appreciated. Overall, not a bad experience, just not one I'd rush back for.

Food was okay but portions were tiny. The chicken tender was the size of a ketchup packet. For the price, it’s not worth it — McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A tastes better. You’re really just paying for the brand name.

Ran across this place with my wife. Pretty interesting. As far as chicken sandwiches goes, it was not bad. Chicken was good. Nice and juicy. Batter had decent flavor. To try out a wide variety, tried the classic, the ultimate, and Shaq attack. My wife got a Shaq Snack. (Spoiler: this was the best tasting one) The classic is a decent sandwich. Bread is a bit dry, but the chicken was crispy and juicy. The ultimate was alright. Better than the classic, but the mac and cheese didn't have much flavor. The onion rings were delicious. I would have rather had the onion rings as a side than in the sandwich itself. The Shaq attack was by far the best tasting. The BBq sauce and coleslaw was a great combo. Of the three sandwiches I ordered, this was one was the best. Fries were good. Nice and crispy but I will say, while fresh, they were a bit dry. Not bad. The shack snack, was honestly the best. These use a piece of Texas toast with buttered garlic and a chicken tender. That texas toast was sooo good. Overall, 3.5/5. Decent food, cashier was very friendly and helpful walking through the menu. Would try again the next time I'm in the area.

Spent over 40 dollers at this establishment and it was our first time trying this place. I would not rec this fast food joint, as soon as we got home the food was heavily covered in grease and the food was burnt black, kids didn't eat it, so that was a waste of money. COME on SHAQ. I would like my money back
