I asked if one of them could write it on for me, didn’t have to be perfect, again excuse they wouldn’t know what to use… I said it’s just icing, again excuse they don’t mess with her stuff they are Dunkin’ employees not baskin robins employees, I asked for a discount on the cake since I would have to do it myself then, and wow she said rudely we don’t have to write on the cake. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Get better staff that can take care of your customers!!!!

We walked in and every employee made eye contact and didn't say a word. No welcome. No "We'll be right with you." Nothing. They then proceeded to ignore us and at least 2 other customers until I gave up and just left. One of the other customers waiting did right after me and commented in the parking lot how atrocious it was they the employees just straight up ignores customers. And when I say ignored, I mean one of the employees specifically walked around with her hands behind her back, occasionally pointing at the employee signs on the wall as if she was reading them, then would wander off again avoiding looking at the customers at all costs. Whoever the manager/owner here is really needs to fire everyone there this afternoon and hire some kids that want and appreciate their job. I will not be back. Ever.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
