Arbys is our favorite little treat when we decide to eat out. Close to the house, food is good, customer service thru the drive thru is TERRIBLE! One time a mishap, two times a bad day maybe, but EVERYTIME we go thru the drive thru. They are so rude!!!! I have names if requested.

I've never been a Arby's fan, however the spicy Italian is a huge hit....however, my overall experience was shot down due to staff causing like sailors behind the counter....I would not recommend bringing the little one to this Arby's and what made it worse...manager was on site....training in staff is a MUST NEED!!!

There was NO ONE in line behind me at the drive thru, but they had me pull forward to wait. There were still no cars behind me when they brought my food out. Would have been quicker to me wait and just pass the food to me out the drive thru window. Took too long to prepare & bring out.
