I have to say Veronica is the best manger ever!! She took my complaint and made it right with a smile! She is the bomb!!! Love you guys and will be back

The Lake Worth location (Monday pm) had horrible service. The fries were ok, but the regular sandwich just had two thick, narly ends, one of which had CLEAR teeth marks along one edge. DO BETTER

You literally cannot be serious right now!! $31 for the worst BS excuse for takeout Ive ever seen! Cold, disgusting and old!! To top off how old cold and disgusting this trash was im gonna include a photo of what the DOUBLE ROAST BEEF LOOKED LIKE BEFORE I THREW ALL OF THIS IN THE TRASH, THE DOUBLE!!! Ill include a picture of what they advertise versus the disgusting gross excuse for food they had the audacity to charge me for. Never EVER again will you get our business!!! I suggest everyone avoid this place at all costs, keep your money I will be from now on. Im done getting screwed out of my money for this BS!!!
EDIT**** I was contacted via email that Arbys replied and was adamant i contact them to make this right. A link was provided and i have the email proof. So I go to take care of it and they have deleted their reply and thd link provided goes nowhere!!! This is outrageous! So now not only this location but the franchise in general does bad business!!! Avoid at all costs!

Arby’s is a classic I have never had a bad meal from. And today is no different the drive through employee checked the back to make sure my order was correct before handing it off to me I appreciate the extra effort!! Thank you Arby’s.

They are now slicing their roast beef thicker. Making the meat heavy, chewy & dry. Definitely harder to eat. According to Google, some locations started slicing their meat thicker (late 2025). You now you have to ask for “thinly sliced or shaved”.
Staff is great & it’s possibly the cleanest fast food establishment in the Lake Worth area. Food is cooked to order & always fresh.
