Often times, when I go in person on the same day, the item is still available on the shelf. They no longer accept complaints online without contacting the store manager, and have shut down their chat feature through the website. I will never waste money on their store again.

The lady in the evening at the counter ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE & never seems like she actually wants to help. Also other Albertsons' stores have steaming available until 9:30, i tried to get some shrimp steamed twice this week once at 7:50pm & once at 8:07pm, both times i was told “we aren't steaming at this time” then the lady just walked away to the next customer without asking if i needed anything else which in reality i wanted to purchase some more items but chose to just go home instead. You definitely need better service in the meat department.

Albertsons advertises “deal” prices, but when you get to the register they make you jump through hoops to actually get the price, and then tack on extra requirements like having to spend a certain amount. It’s a complete bait-and-switch experience. To make it worse, they won’t price match other stores like H-E-B, which doesn’t require all the coupon-clipping nonsense just to pay what’s advertised. I asked the manager to simply honor their own price and be reasonable, but instead they wasted my time, kept me waiting, and did nothing to resolve the situation or keep a customer. First and last time I’ll spend a dollar at Albertsons. Now I see exactly why people stick with H-E-B. I’ll gladly drive out of my way to H-E-B for better prices, better service, and overall better quality. Albertsons isn’t worth the hassle.
