Everytime I go in this store, when I walk near the meat section it smells so disgusting! Like meat and seafood that's been just sitting out rottening for days. The smell is so strong. I do t but any meat or even meat snacks because of how horrible the smell is. I can't believe the people casually buying meat with that horrible smell.

Complaint Against Store Number: 4272 850 E Loop 820 Fort Worth, Texas 76112 Since last year, this store has not been able to provide an adequate number of carts for customers with disabilities that impede our ambulatory abilities. On October 6th, I went into the store to shop and had to wait over 40 minutes for a customer to complete her shopping before I could use the only cart that was in the building. After the gentlemen brought the cart back inside for me, he told me that the battery was low. However, after waiting all that time to do my shopping, I felt that I had no choice but to try to use it before it completely shut down on me. I cut my shopping short to prevent myself from being left in the middle of an isle without power. For the next three days, I contacted the Albertsons Customer Complaint line and each time, I left my name and phone number after being told that they would forward my information to the District Manager and that he would contact me. I waited for close to a month and have yet to hear from anyone from Albertsons regarding my complaint. The store employees have no control over this situation and they've offered so many shallow excuses over the past year, since this problem first begun. Now, today was my first time returning to the store with the thought that I was sure the District Manager had resolved this issue, since he did not return my calls. However, I found myself in the same situation waiting over 35 minutes for a customer to finish her shopping to receive the cart, and when I got down the isle, the battery died. How is it that's helpful for disabled customers to have the freedom to do our own shopping and selecting our own products while maintaining our independence? I again contacted the Complaint line and again was told that they would give my information to the District Manager. I feel disrespected by this Manager who doesn't seem to care about disabled customers shopping at his store. Albertsons' lack of accessibility violates our rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA requires stores to make reasonable modifications to their facilities to ensure access for people with disabilities. Over the years of my shopping at Albertsons, I've never had this problems with carts not being available until I moved close to this particular store where it's convenient for me to do my grocery shopping. Please take my complaint seriously because it's not just about me, it's about all of the disabled customers who have no choice but to go into your store to shop. I will not be satisfied until disabled customers like myself have the accessibility needed to comfortably enjoy our shopping experiences. Thank you

I'm at the deli and have been standing here for about 10 minutes, the employees would rather run barbecue sauce on the chicken than to acknowledge me . Finally get there attention and tells me to hold on , like I haven't been standing here forever. Then after finally getting helped, they don't have any pastrami, none .. So I check the whole store, none sandwich size . Now heading to another store , just to make Ruben's for dinner:(
