When I arrived at the bakery, no one was there. I waited, then asked the front door staff to call someone — nobody showed up. After more waiting, I finally asked an employee on the floor to help me, and he kindly found someone. When the bakery worker finally arrived, she simply said, “We don’t sell cake today.” I asked why there was no sign, and she replied, “We lost the sign.” Very unprofessional. I then found the manager, expecting better service, but he repeated the same answer instead of offering any solution or assistance. No alternative options — nothing. I left disappointed and feeling like my time was completely wasted. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back to this location.
