⭐ 0 Stars — Extremely Disappointed Albertsons – 9300 Clifford St, Fort Worth, TX 76108 I went to this Albertsons specifically to buy a cake from the bakery, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. When I arrived at the bakery, no one was there. I waited, then asked the front door staff to call someone — nobody showed up. After more waiting, I finally asked an employee on the floor to help me, and he kindly found someone. When the bakery worker finally arrived, she simply said, “We don’t sell cake today.” I asked why there was no sign, and she replied, “We lost the sign.” Very unprofessional. I then found the manager, expecting better service, but he repeated the same answer instead of offering any solution or assistance. No alternative options — nothing. I left disappointed and feeling like my time was completely wasted. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

The experience was easy breezy. Walked in with basket, went to drive and go department, gave name and order was placed in the basket, so off I went.

Incident one- I had gone to the store with my (3) friends to get some snacks for our movie night. a worker followed us and was practically glaring the entire time. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. we were just giggling and having fun but she just was just there every isle we were at and even partially followed us to the door. I’ve been going there for a while too. hate to see that kind of behavior with staff Incident two- I had applied for a job because they were hiring. said “desperate in need for help”. I had waited a week, called, and nobody answered. after a month I gave up. went back and two new people were there but there was the same sign outside as well as the one inside. after a FULL YEAR they decided to email me saying I was rejected. like, so unprofessional. should’ve just not messaged me at all. that just shows me how much “help” they needed and how lazy they were to look at the applications. do better.

I was here with my son in September and we were waiting behind some guy to use the Pokémon vending machine. We waited our turn and when we went to use it the Security Guard walked up and said we can’t be loitering at the vending machine. I told him someone was just here we are waiting for it to reset. He points at the machine and say “it says no loitering”. I ignored him and checked the machine, it had nothing. The problem is, every time I’m in the store sometimes 2-3x a week grocery shopping or going to pharmacy, when I check the machine the same security guy is just sitting at the machine checking it. I’ve seen him get stuff walk to his car and go back to checking it. My problem is why do I get harassed for “loitering” when he is sitting there on the job loitering and checking the machine all day. When I do get something he gives me ugly looks and today he seen me walking up and clicks right before I get there just to mess with me I think. I also see employees checking it while working. It’s just kinda rude the way he acts and I hope management see this and tells their employees not to be standing by the machine and checking it on the clock at least.

Not too happy I have to sack my own groceries now. And I didn’t even go through self check out. Had to take all my groceries and unload them myself. Including Four cases of water. There was a kid out in the parking lot picking up buggies. He offered to take my buggy, but not offered to help me load my heavy stuff. Albertsons is becoming one of my least like grocery stores. I feel like with all these high prices I should get a discount for doing all the work myself.
