I had a manager cut me in line to get what they wanted first, the restrooms are a mess, there's homeless people camped out outside that will blast music and leave their dogs unattended, I had to call the cops on a drunk person passed out next to the dumpsters out back once, the parking lot attendants don't do anything but stand at the cart corrals and play on their phones...then the checkout attendants want to bombard you as you're checking out to ask for a 10 on their survey or when I say I will do it after I'm done they, themselves, will push the 10 for me? Yeah, no. All y’all are doing is alienating your customers.
