  This location is terrible! The wait time for 4 cars was 25 minutes it’s honestly just a big waste of time, they’re too slow maybe hire more people or schedule more people for peak times?

  We've been to many Dutch Bros all over the place, even different states and I'm always amazed at how happy and friendly the staff always are! This location is no exception, I had a question about the charge as we ordered 3 drinks and I was answered with a big smile. Keep it up, Dutch Bros!

  The wait time here was absolutely ridiculous. Someone was outside taking orders, and then they went inside and never came back out to take orders. I waited 30+ mins without even getting my order taken, and the line never moved. I then had to reverse out of the line since there is no way out of the line once you enter the drive thur. I love Dutch but this is by far the worst one SO SLOW no one should have to wait an hour for one drink.

  I am writing to share feedback about a frustrating experience I had at one of your Dutch Bros locations today. When I arrived, I placed my order and then waited while one employee was being trained by another. Since the employee was actively making a drink in front of me, I naturally assumed she was preparing my order. I did not think anything of it at first for that reason. What made the situation frustrating was that the employee then started drinking that drink herself. After waiting another minute or so, I asked whether my order was almost ready, and I was told, “They’re working on it over there. We’re training right here.” I then continued to wait, and after several more minutes, another employee came over and asked if I was waiting on an order. I said yes, and explained that I had already been waiting a long time. She told me they were making it elsewhere. After that, I still waited several more minutes before someone finally brought me my drink. I understand that staff need training, but this felt disorganized, confusing, and inconsiderate. I was left standing there under the impression that my order was being made, only to find out it was not, and then I continued waiting far longer than normal even though there were not other customers ahead of me in that moment. Customers’ time should still be respected during training, and this experience did not reflect that standard. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
