  We came to settle a craving, so we snacked, and I'm very glad I did not pay much for 1 drink, 2 donuts and the donut holes. I went through the drive thru first and there was no greeting, only silence. Then the employee said "you can order." And I said "one moment." 'cause I'm looking for donuts. There's no donuts on the DT menu..? I decided I'll park and download the app and place a order, I'll pick it up inside. There's no sense of urgency with these employees, and there is zero customer service skill. This must be a management issue, because NONE of the employees greeted us upon walking inside, they were all just sulking around. No one asking if we were picking up or placing an order. Just staring and silence as we sat down... I did not see my order on the counter for a while, but when they began working on it, I noticed they were SLOW. I never usually care about speed of service and overtly friendly and helpful employees but this was just simply WEIRD, so I felt I must bring it up. Anyways... There was a very big girl who was eating while making my order. She started making it and then grabbed a donut from the display and just started eating. Shamelessly. We were sitting feet away from her... I almost wanted to call it out, but I am not a loud person, and I'm not trying to ruin someone's day, but wow... I don't mind seeing employee's eat, they are human!... But right from the display while you make an order?

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Bailey Boswell Dunkin’ on Saturday night. I placed an online order about 45 minutes before closing and arrived at 7:45 PM, only to find the doors locked. I had to insist on being let in, and then was told my mobile order “didn’t come through.” I had to show proof of payment before they partially made my order — as some of the donuts I previously selected were no longer available. No apology. No explanation. No effort to make it right. When I left, they immediately locked the door again — before closing time. If this location is accepting online orders near closing, staff should be properly trained to handle them and provide basic customer service. Very disappointing.

  So clean, the staff was so incredibly kind! The sweet gentleman at the register noticed my 1 yr old daughter wanted the duck they had on the machine and he gave it to her! Thank you from the tired momma trying to have a nice birthday breakfast with her baby!
