  I am disappointed in this location. Because why when my son came home with donuts to feed our 7 people that live here, did he tell me a guy laughed at him for the amount of food he got?? Not to mention, the donuts were not assorted. They gave us 2-3 of the same donuts. We wanted assorted, because everyone here likes something different. Our 100 munchkins?? Glazed and Blueberry!! What happened to powder and chocolate?? This is a treat for my family once a month. And, this is the location we normally go to. They usually do an assortment on everything. This time?? Smh. I don't know what happened, but I am disappointed. $90 down the drain!!!

  I’ve never been to this location before glad to say I will be back the night staff was so incredible and nice and helpful beautiful ladies keep it up!!!

  i came this afternoon around 5pm the girls working were awesome they were great help as it was my first time coming to baskin and dunkin the lovely young ladies ariana and arely had such great customer service i will be coming back!!!

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’. The donuts were stale, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting out far too long. For a place that’s supposed to specialize in donuts, that’s unacceptable. On top of that, the service was just as bad. The staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and overall lacked basic customer service. No greeting, no effort—just an all-around negative vibe. I don’t mind paying for good food and decent service, but this was neither. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless major improvements are made. If you want it even harsher (with more sting like you usually like), or more detailed based on what exactly happened, tell me what went down and I’ll sharpen it 🔥
