Then the customer service and the attitude of the employees is frustrating! They treat you as if it’s your problem!
- DLDamarisfit LifeFeb 27, 20264.0Requires better ambiance I spoke with the young man at the register and he was cordial, but needed to leave after he took my order to get a young lady named Erika I believe to help me get my gift card. He went back to help make pizzas and I just hope that when employees move from the register to make pizzas that they go back to wash their hands or at least change their gloves. Erika was kind but struggled with getting my gift card receipt. After thinking that my payment didn’t go thru and we had to purchase a new gift card. I was able to check my bank account and check the card balance and it was accurate, she just had to figure out how to print out the receipt I needed and she did. Thank you I hope there are much more expressions of accountability in this location. Everyone seemed nice. God bless
