  Horrible service it says it’s been out for delivery since 9:03 and still hasn’t gotten delivered 9:45 if you look at the picture. I had to call up there I’m sure my pizza is cold I live 15 down the road from them!!! Never ordering from them again!!! Idk if Ophelia was just sitting in a parking lot or what the tracker showed her in an intersection for 35 min then I called and then when it started to show she was moving!!! Bad service!!!

  The food is great but oh my goodness… every time I order online they mark it as ready and it takes an additional 10 minutes. This keeps happening and it needs to be fixed. I wait until my order is ready to leave my house to pickup so I don’t have to sit and wait for it but no matter what I always end up getting told it’s not ready after my dominos tracker says “ready for pickup.” So annoying.

  Waited an hour and a half, tracker said it was still making. Called and had the pleasure of talking with AI, which routed me to the store. Asked to cancel my order which they did. No questions asked lol.

  We ordered an 102.94 order at 8:59 pm yesterday 3/28/26. We called 3 times were on the phone for several minutes each time without anyone answering the phone. I drove to the store that was 5 min away arriving there at 10:22pm. I asked about the order said we ordered it at 9 and have received no updates through the tracking app and no one answered the phone. They didn't start the order until I asked. No apologies we're given and they didn't do anything to make it right. I left with my order at 10:45pm. I paid for a delivery charge of and gave a tip for an order I had to go get and have them start an 1 hour and 25 min later. I had to wait extra time because they forgot the philly cheese steak sandwich for the order. The lack of communication for delay on top of doing nothing to make the situation better, not even an apology, and paying extra fees for a delivery that never happened makes your company look unprofessional and will make you lose customers . The store had plenty of people in staff at least 5 that I counted and only other customers with basic orders there when I arrived.

  Called for delivery at 9:08pm it's now 10:27pm and no pizza I called up there was on hold for 10 minutes then whoever answered phone didn't know anything I asked where my order was his answer was good question I don't know where it is I don't think it's even been made yet ask to speak to manger and he said 30 mins so still waiting
