  Would give negative stars if I could. Ordered food at 730 was told it would be ready at 815pm. Called at 845 because it was as not ready and told it would be at my door by 9pm: Went to store at 920pm to get my own delivery because they said they couldn’t get it to me till 10pm. Didn’t reimburse me for tip, delivery fee, or anything even though I got my own food 2 hours later. Will never go back to this place. Lazy and extremely shady. Worst dominos I have ever been too.

  The AM manager, you would think would be more customer service oriented, was not only very difficult to work with over an order I paid $43 for that never got delivered, but insulted me, saying it made no sense that I didn’t come up there and settle it in person, when I’m a busy mom who thought ordering online would be convenient. When I asked for the general manager’s information, he became avoidant. He was actually trying NOT to help me as hard as he could. He was talking to me like a thug would talk trash on the street or something…I thought I’d give Dominos a try on Valentine’s Day, after not ordering Dominos for a long time, but never will I spend my money with this company ever. I’m a high earning professional and single mother, who wasted nearly an hour trying to get some help with my order, and I feel like I should get paid for the time that was wasted!!!!

  *****I want to say the Domino’s Leadership made this right very happy with the outcome, they make an excellent Pie, good job Domino’s!***** Very dissatisfied with the Domino’s at Beach and Belknap in Fort Worth, I made a order around 6:30 pm with a 45 minute wait which was no big deal and paid on line then when I went to pick my order up at 7:15 pm they informed me my order was canceled because they were too busy, they did refund my money, i know they were busy but this is ridiculous.

  I Never got my order. I ordered at 4:39pm and waiting until 7p. I called and no one answered for about 10min finally someone answered ,and put me on hold for an additional 15min. Only to Come back and tell me they were canceling all the order and was closing in 8 mins. I told him I would just come pick it up and he told me I wasn’t made yet. Then I told him that online it said it was in QC awaiting pick up. Interesting how it went from ready to be picked up to not even made. SMH. This is unacceptable.
