  Came here to take a bowl. Did not have veggies. It was full of water and the associate was trying to just scratch the bottom and keep it. Asked for new veggies but they were not ready to replace it. Not prepared to refill. I was so frustrated. No one answered it right when i was asking for how much time it would take. One said 5 min and one said not now. I waited and too veggies and they were so bad like they just threw it on my face so to finish me up soon. When i came home and opened it it was full of tomato and full of water and still cold. Not fried properly. Customer satisfaction is not giving people in hurry, it is giving everything right and that they are satisfied. Last time this happened with protein and i was okay and did not bother much. If this keeps on repeating everytime no point of having this chipotle here when they cant serve customers properly.This was the last straw with me. The staff they have here/ leadership is incompetent. It clearly shows. When you dont have items there readily and not being able to deliver, then why do you still take money from them in full amount and give them nothing. Very very very disappointing.

  My tacos were halfway filled and I found some sort of plastic in my salsa. This location is always a mess inside and the people working don’t seem to care. Save your money and stay far, far away from this location!

  Honestly a joke…. Came here with my family at 5:15pm…. They didn’t have any options from a protein standpoint. Limited chicken meaning their container basically empty. Was told a 15-20 min wait for Steak. I can’t imagine being a business owner and not having a staple at 530 dinner rush hour. Mind you the place was empty and the staff standing around. This was the last straw with me. The staff they have here/ leadership is incompetent. It clearly shows.

  One of the worst managed place I have ever been to. I really like chipotle but this place should be bulldozed down. Horrible service, slow and always out of something. Think I had food poisoning at the e place one time.

  They are actively and happily skimping customers especially on smaller orders, whereas panda down the street encourages to overfill portions to customer satisfaction. New manager is doing fantastic at saving company money and keeping profits high, and customer satisfaction low. Chipotle standard now.
