It was so tough and raw that I could barely bite through it. This was not medium rare. It was simply not cooked. When I went back to the counter and asked if they could fix it, the manager was very rude and told me if I did not want the steak the way they serve it then I needed to leave. Instead of trying to help or remake the food, he refused to do anything. They were also running a promotion from 3 to 5, so they clearly knew they were going to be busy. The food should have been prepared properly. Serving raw meat and then refusing to fix the problem is unacceptable. The customer service was just as bad as the food. The manager had a nasty attitude and did not care about fixing the issue at all. Because of this experience I will not be returning to this location.
