  Food is good but service is horrible absolutely thrash I don't know how this location doesn't have a regional manager evaluate these sorry employees not all but most especially both female managers I have dealt with

  Well what can I say about this place. These servers don't even give a spoon full of each product that goes into a burrito or a bowl. They want to pack your stuff up with all that rice and just a lil bit amount of beans and every other topping. When ask for some guacamole she patted the spoon to give me the less amount possible I said how much is that she said $2** I said that is what I'm paying for I deserve more people that is not worth almost $3 worth or guacamole. I swear this is the 2nd time I've came here and I thought hey they deserve a second chance but after my experience. I rather go to another location even if it's a few extra miles away for better service.

  I had a very bad experience with a short girl in the front counter, she was rude didn’t greet me after I said hello how are you. I told her multiple times what I wanted and still got my order wrong, she proceeded to slide my order aggressively across the counter. Save yourself a headache and poor customer service.

  Walked up with my girlfriend and told what food we were going to get, the girl who was first taking our order she then proceeds to repeat it back with attitude to her and was looking at us with a rude stare after we got our food i find a hair in the bowl i was eating in.

  I was so happy when they opened up a chipotle in my neighborhood. I thought, now I don’t have to drive out so far. Well, I still have to drive out far, if I want some good chipotle. It is hit or miss with the one on East Berry. The food taste like they seasoned it with water. So from here on out, I’m gonna be missin because I’m not gonna be hittin anymore, not at this location.
