  My order here had never been both right and on time. No customer service because off the worthless AI chatbot on there Chipotle app. I'm done with this company.

  Gone here twice and each time the experience has been poor. Food isn't fresh, customers get ignored when the store is practically empty and they always forget the chips I requested. Don't think I will be returning.

  Dry steak, looked like it had sat out for hours. The fact that I wasn't offered to wait for freshly cooked steak is ridiculous! They got a bunch of kids working here on Sunday. Like why was old steal just sitting there and no fresh steak being prepared already??? They need to fire the kids and hire Adults that actually care! I will never return to this location again!!

  I come here frequently and order pickup through the mobile app. Usually the wait is 5-10 minutes at most but today I had to wait 40 minutes for my mobile order. None of the staff asked for my name until the order was made and nobody seemed even the tiniest bit apologetic. I waited over 40 minutes alongside another girl who waited for 30, and the meal was less than average. It looked like a tablespoon of steak and a few bites of barbacoa which is ridiculous. Customer service definitely needs some work, although I will say the girl at the counter was very kind.
