  Ordered takeout online and the portions were so small. I even asked for extra corn and mild and I think I counted 10 kernels! I was so disappointed because although they’re asked to skimp on portions for meat or other pricey items, I’d assume they’d give me extra of the cheaper items when I ordered it that way. It’s almost like they know you aren’t watching them make it so they will give you the smallest portions possible. It’s not worth it! If you go here, just go in person and ask for extra of everything in order to get one full sized portion.

  I placed an online order, and when we received it, we noticed a long hair inside our food. We tried to call the location, but no one answered. We had to throw the whole food away we lost our appetite.

  Nobody I’m line I accidentally placed a large cheese dip for pick up I was just trying to see how much it would cost me to order a cheese dip and accidentally placed it for pick up The pick up section was busy But nobody was in line for the dining section And I asked both the employee in the photo if they can make me the large cheese dip explained what happened and There response was “ u placed it for pick up and the estimate time said 10 min so u will have to wait” It took the pick up section 17 mins to give me a order of cheese dip this is crazy im a manger near by I normally go in there buying 10.00 gift card for my employees bring them business, I won’t be doing that anymore yall lost a lot of business and respect bc nobody trained yall to go above and beyond beyond Yall are doing the bare minimum

  This is possibly my favorite location when I want chipotle. It's always clean, staff is always friendly, and it's a nice and spacious location.
