  Super sad as I love chipotle and am on a health journey. I need high protein so I choose to come here often because double protein works great for me. I usually receive 4 oz of protein if I order a side of it. The employees were nice but it upset me that they were already cooking meat but didn’t let me know they were short or ask if I wanted something else or cook me the chicken I ordered. I would understand that they already cleaned the grill or something along those lines. Overall don’t short your guest.

  I want to begin by saying that Chipotle’s food was excellent. However, my overall experience at the Camp Bowie location was unfortunately very negative. When placing my order, I asked the first gentleman assisting me for a chicken burrito and politely requested that, after it was wrapped in foil, it be placed in a burrito bowl container. He handled my request professionally without hesitation, and I greatly appreciated his kindness and courtesy. My reason for making that request was simple: I am a teacher and often have to eat when I can. Having the burrito placed in a container helps keep germs away, maintains the freshness of the food, and makes it easier to refrigerate whatever I do not finish for later. Unfortunately, after that, the manager, Takyia, along with the other employees working down the line, led the charge in rolling their eyes, snickering, and whispering to one another about my request directly in front of me. Their behavior was immature, juvenile, and completely unprofessional over something so small and reasonable. There was no need for anyone to make me feel uncomfortable for asking for a simple container. What should have been a quick and pleasant visit turned into a disappointing experience because of the staff’s conduct. I truly wish I had gotten the name of the first gentleman who helped me so I could recognize his professionalism, because he was the only employee who treated me with respect. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  One of the older African American ladies in the night shift has the worst customer service. Just stares at you , puts like 3 small pieces of chicken in your bowl is on the phone the whole time while taking the order as well. Very unprofessional and did not seem to care whatsoever. Will not be returning here ever.

  I waited 40 minutes for a pickup order, when I arrived they said the chicken was just starting to cook. Even though they had a head start since I ordered online and still had to drive there. Only to be told after a while of waiting that there was no lettuce, therefore none of my bowls would have it. Placing guac on the wrong bowl, and placing cheese in a bowl that wasn’t supposed to have it due to a lactose intolerance. When I tried to do a customer complaint with pepper I was told they would let the team leader know and that’s as far as the would go to try and make things right! I payed for an order that was not completed, i feel misled and robbed! On top of all that, i try to be patient with food service workers as I understand they have to deal with difficult customers all day long, but there was a young female employee who was working so incredibly slow it was ridiculous to watch! And it seems I’m not the first to complain about this issue recently so clearly there’s a pattern. I’m just pissed I couldn’t even get a refund for a order they couldn’t complete, the app should at least be able to update you if there’s ingredients missing so we can order from somewhere else!
