They also brought out the wrong food not once but twice. Yet I didn’t realize the order was wrong again until I was finally home but I figured they would double check after giving me the wrong order once.

Staff is dull, immature and lack problem solving abilities or resolution skills. Doesn’t seem like anyone at this location cares about customers at all. First of all, I don't usually like Chick-fil-A fries, but this time I got two large fries and they were crispy, crunchy, delicious 😋 Next, usually they're very stingy with the sauce, but when I asked for crap ton of sauce, they gave me a whole bag 🥺 Finally, the team member that took our order in the drive-thru was the most amazing, kind-hearted, sweet person ever. I don't remember her name, she kind of looks like a human version of a mouse but in a cute way. I snuck some pictures so I'll attach them <3

Which whoever I spoke to said he could give it to me, but the tone and the way he was speaking just seemed like *i* was unconvincing him. Asked for my first and last name tried to spell it out for him since you can spell it differently. He let out a loud sigh and said yup ok, and hung up Please do better lol
