  I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese sandwich and when I got home and took a bite of the egg there was a hair in it !!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! 🤮

  So I got the new chicken jalapeño sandwich and it only had 3 jalapeños on it and one of the manager there told me that’s how it come with only 3 jalapeños I guess cause it was closing time if he told me that but the pictures do not show that and other ppl sandwich’s had more due to reviews I seen so misleading of them

  Better than average fast food. I enjoy the southwest salad. good waffle fries and soft drinks.

  Employees here are the rustiest out of any Chik Fila. The manager is never anywhere to be found. One of the older Hispanic ladies said ‘you’re welcome’ under her breath in a rude way when she handed me my order.

  Visited Chic Fil A the other day on Bryant Irvin around 1pm. By the time we got home with our food from the drive thru we received a completely different order for someone else. I called the location and was originally greeted with good hospitality. I was promised that if I brought my recent in within two weeks, she took my name and order number/receipt number down, that we could just walk in speak with any manager working and they would happily fix this for us. Today 3/6/2026 I walked in at 8:30pm. Mind you this is only 5 days later. To get my original order I paid for. The manage on site’s name was Johana or Johani (something close to this). She looked at us with immediate judgment and was very visibly disturbed we were even speaking with her. She refused to help us or even try to locate the information we gave her and rectify this situation. I came in with all the things they asked of me. This location is 30 minutes out of my way already. She made us feel humiliated in front of other waiting customers and insisted we were lying. To top it off she left the counter to go gossip with other co workers that I’m sure can be seen on camera and they all gave us rude and ugly looks. Regardless of my proof, exact time and date and receipt. I have never had such a horrible experience at a chic fil a or any establishment for that matter to their paying customers. We walked in polite and remained respectful throughout the entire interaction despite being treated like we were less than. Johana or whatever her name is that was managing the location tonight 4/6/26 at 8:30pm should not be a manager and does not represent any of chic fil a’s morals and standards.
