No greeting, no hello, no my pleasure, just here’s your food. And almost half the time, the order comes out past the quote time. Food is always good though!

MichelApr 1, 20261.0I just genuinely want to know and understand why I couldn’t have the milk on the side when I ordered the original iced coffee and why you guys constantly make me feel like I’m being so rude whenever I’m really nice about making any accommodations. I have food allergies. I always order an original iced coffee, no cane syrup, milk on the side and with the French vanilla creamer on the side. Every single time, I’m made to feel like this is such a weird and ridiculous request. I work food service so I get not wanting to bend over backwards during a rush or whatever, but it’s not a request that requires much a change of flow. Just instead of putting the milk in my coffee, put it on the side in a cup. Also whenever I ask for my coffee WITHOUT cane sugar there’s a 50% chance I’m going to get home and realize you guys didn’t bother to not even do that. I get that it’s not a big deal because it’s fast food, but with things being more expensive, I don’t want to keep spending money here just to be dismissed all the time and for my order to be wrong all the time even when I take the time to explain how I want it.
