  I was treated so bad and belittled by an employee here, possibly a manager. A female with a short male haircut. I was disposing trash in the outside trash can and she came out and berated me saying we don't want all your trash in here and she snatched a bag out of my hand and dug a cup and some other trash out of the outside trash bin and stormed off. I love CFA and always thought they had the nicest employees, but that was not the case at this location. I can’t imagine getting lectured for disposing pieces of trash in a trash can instead of littering. My jaw hit the ground!! Why was she so rude and so mad over that?? I was in such shock from experiencing my 1st ever rude, mean and angry cfa employee. I don't plan to EVER return to this location when they choose to have people like this representing their business.

  HORRIBLE customer service. The owner of this franchise needs to pay this location a visit! They forgot my kale salad in my order . Then when i come back as the manager ALYSSA advised i gave them her name, the same girl at the drive through refused to give me my order cause it wasnt compt off? If i told you yall forgot my salad provided the manager name i spoke with who was on that shift with you, why future inconvenience the customer AND the customers behind me in the drive through waiting on their food over the salad YOU FORGOT to see was in the bag in the first place? Alyssa needs to teach her team members since of urgency, respect for the customer, and order accuracy before passing out food to lessen the inconvenience for the consumers. All of this could have been avoided, not only did you inconvenience me but the other in the drive thru as well! Great way to represent your franchise owner

  I love Chik FilA, the only problem I have is with the careless employees. One time out of two, they give me a wrong order. Today, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. When I opened the bag, I was too far away to do anything.

  This location has the most amazing people!!!! I want to say thank you to Ms. Brenda, she is so very sweet and made my dining experience the BEST!!!!!!!!! I have been to other locations in the past but never had the service I had today with Ms. Brenda she totally deserves a million stars!!!!!!!!!!

  If I could give it 10 stars I would. The gentlemen at the counter was amazing and gave great service with great attitude. Food was amazing. I wanna give a shoutout to Brenda for be exceptional. As someone who manages in the food industry she brings everything to customer service that I strive for. Making the guest feel like a guest and not a customer. It was very welcoming and made the food taste better. Thank you Brenda you did awesome!
