- EEexofive2 days ago1.0Idk when yall are gonna realize the stupid double lanes you have setup on the drive through has got to be the worst way possible. 2 lanes, should be for drive through ordering like all other locations I've ever been to. Get rid of the stupid pickup lane. If you order ahead go inside and get it. There is a reason why your reviews are trash. Get with it or fail. When everytime we go there we think, my goodness worst chik fil a ever. The standard has been set by literally every other location ever, yet yall trying to be different. Ain't working

The wait times are consistently long and my order has missed items several times, but because I waited so long, I don’t have time to go back!! They are always friendly, so I feel bad for having to leave a two star review, but they need to get it together!

The food is NEVER hot or fresh and the chicken is 50% of the time inedible, the fries taste days old and even the milkshakes are off. I thought it could be some quirks to work out with it being newer but the quality of food continues to go down. You’re better off driving a few miles up the road to the another one or the one on 114

Today we were stuck in the drive-through 45 minutes for breakfast and my kids were late to their AP exam prep because of it. We’ve tried to be patient, but nothing has improved. It would be different if the restaurant was packed and the employees were hustling but that’s not the case. Hoping corporate steps in this is not the level of service people expect from Chick-fil-A.

Pull into the online order line, scan a QR code, pull up to the front of the drive thru lane. Easy-peasy. Girl working that side told me they didn't have the apple juice like I ordered. No biggie, we have plenty at home. Her empathy though was incredible. She really seemed disappointed that they were not able to provide everything on their order. Food was excellent as always. Mac N Cheese is soooo good, and their chicken noodle soup is great!
