  My sandwich had stale bread. It was as if left from the day before or just old. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had at Chik fil a. I ordered in the drive throug and the guy was dry as the bread on the sandwich. I went in to return it. The staff gave a refund without fuss, but no one would look at that sandwich. I feel like they knew. I would give no stars if possible.

  Placed a catering order expecting a smooth pickup, but the experience was frustrating. I was told I couldn’t use the drive-thru and had to come inside, which defeats the purpose of convenience—especially for a larger order. After going inside, the order still wasn’t ready, resulting in unnecessary waiting. When customers are spending more on catering, there should be better organization and consideration for their time.

  Been to this location multiple times bc it’s new an down the street from me and everytime I’ve ended up with stomach issues from the food I ordered 2 sandwiches an fries never have had issuses with cfa food until I gotten food form here . the service is fast an friendly the food is under par imo

  Horrible experience. How is this location so new and unorganized! Staff unpleasant. Most dry “my pleasure” ever heard. Arrival 10:31am, how does the employee NOT read instructions of mobile order, car color, name, items and I was the only car pulled ahead. This is an odd location and overall should be closed down!!!!

  When this location first opened the drive-through and the mobile through merged together, so even if you pre-ordered your food to pick up a mobile through. You still had to wait in the regular line. They fixed it a few weeks later, which I was happy about. I live all the way in Mansfield and this Chick-fil-A on Eastchase is right by my work . Let’s just say I still stopped at the one in Mansfield and my food is still super hot when I get to work. Today when I decided to come to the Eastchase location before work, I go to the drive-through and again they have the drive-through on mobile through lanes merging, which makes no sense to me. Why are we merging through and drive-through orders? So ordering a head through mobile does no good and there is no point of it if you still have to wait in the same line. I hope they fix this and do better. The one time I did come here during lunch on a Saturday. The young man was handing me. My drink was looking away and proceeded to spill an entire large Dr Pepper all over me. Now I know it was an accident. He felt really bad, but that can ruin somebody’s day.
